We also have ice cream, biscuits, chocolate, drinks and local food, such as juice and jam. If you want a product with a Briksdal motif, you will find it too.

NORWAY VALLEY

Due to the need for warm clothing in cold spring climates, Norwegians have been knitting for centuries. This knowledge has been passed down from generation to generation, and Dale of Norway attracted many skilled craftsmen when the factory opened in 1879. Since then, Dale of Norway has been the "mother" of Norwegian knitting production and design, by preserving and developing the knitting traditions of Norwegian culture.

Today you can find Dale's clothing all over the world. Including here in Briksdalen.  

NORWEGIAN TROLL

Trolls are well-known, human-like creatures with roots in Norse mythology, known from folk tales and poetry. Trolls could vary in shape and size, usually with a long, crooked nose and tail. They could be huge giants or giants and giant gnomes, or small gnomes and gnomes that lived in nature like you find in Briksdal. Trolls are often portrayed as dangerous to people, but in the fairy tale world they are friendly and beloved creatures who were treated well.
